I have 20 years of experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and have specialist training to perform school neuropsychological evaluations. I carefully consider what the referral question is, or the impetus for the visit.
My focus is completing Neurodiversity Affirming Evaluations. When a comprehensive review of a person’s processing skills is required, an evaluation is conducted to determine if someone has a learning difference or any other difference that affects their ability to learn.
If a diagnosis is established, a recommendation for special accommodations, educational therapy, and/or social-emotional support services may be made.
